Harry and Mahashakti sing and perform the „Om Tryambakam“, a healing mantra, during a saturday evening satsang at Yoga Vidya in Bad Meinberg, Germany. It is also known as the mahamrityunjaya mantra. The Om Tryambakam mantra is helpful as a mantra for protection and blessings and as a mantra you may recite for decedents. You can send the healing energy of the Maha Mrityunjaya mantra to others or to yourself. Usually it is repeated 3, 6, 9, … or 108 times. You can find the text in the Yoga Vidya Kirtan Songbook under number 800. But here is the complete text to sing along:
