Sundaram chants in his inimitable way, emphasizes very rhythmically, the mantra Om Namah Shivaya. We have published earlier another version of „Om Namah Shivaya“ with Sundaram, but we hope you will enjoy this version, too. Om Namah Shivaya is a mantra from Shiva, the destroyer of all negativities. Shiva symbolizes our true self, which gives us the power, to overcome our negative traits. Repeating this mantra gives us the power, to be regular in our spiritual practice. Shiva also stands for the overcoming of bad karma. „Namah“ means „worship the“. The text for this mantra can be found in the Yoga Vidya Kirtan Songbook as No. 266.
